Director, Patient Financial Services

Position Summary: Supervises the Patient Financial Services and ProBill managers to ensure that #all aspects of the day-to-day operations are completed timely and accurately. #Responsible for setting departmental goals that are aligned with the goals and values of the facility. #Responsible for the activities of cashiering, billing, and credit and collections for Granville Health System. #Coordinates operations with other hospital units and medical staff. #Interprets policies and recommends changes to administration. #Interviews and hires new employees and assigns them to various work areas. #Processes information on the facility#s Health Information System as required in performing job responsibilities.
