Opportunity Description
What you’ll do
- Lead the EMEA Performance & Reward Advisory agenda by partnering with senior business and functional leadership on remuneration strategy, performance outcomes, organisational considerations and workforce‑related matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Management, HR leadership and governance stakeholders on complex remuneration, regulatory compliance and performance‑related issues throughout the region.
- Support the Global Head of Regulatory Reward, Governance & Deferred Compensation as well as the EMEA Head of Performance & Reward in managing remuneration‑committee agendas, governance materials and executive‑level reward discussions.
- Drive consistency and effective decision‑making across EMEA reward activities while balancing commercial objectives, regulatory expectations and prudent risk management principles.
