Progana Bio Romandie, an agricultural cooperative and founding member of Bio Suisse, is looking for its future Director (50 - 70%) to ensure the strategic, operational and institutional management of the organisation.

Main missions

• Ensure the general management and daily running of the cooperative.
• Implement the decisions of the Board of Directors and represent Progana with institutional and economic partners.
• Coordinate and develop organic sectors, particularly dairy and arable crops, and contribute to balancing supply and demand.
• Lead projects for the benefit of members and ensure administrative and financial management.
