Key Responsibilities:
• Approve and oversee strategic initiatives
• Maintain financial oversight and compliance
• Hire and support the CEO through performance evaluations
• Shape governance practices in the organization
• Represent Canadian Women & Sport in public forums
Requirements:
• Age 18 years or over
• Primary residence/work in Canada
• Experience in non-profit management preferred
• Willing to complete Safe Sport training
• Comply with necessary screenings
