The SLD coordinates these operations with other divisions to achieve the strategic priorities set forth in Destination 2020. The SLD is responsible for all planning and operational activities related to the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of the Service Line. The SLD is responsible for the development and attainment of the organizational mission, program development, short and long term goals, operational goals and objectives identified for the service line and related departments.
