Director, Product and Sales Compliance

The incumbent is a senior member of the Product and Sales Compliance team and will be required to contribute to achieving the Company and Distribution’s strategic plan and annual business plan in a compliance manner. Product and Sales Compliance is a critical role for Manulife Singapore to continue fulfilling its regulatory requirements, including responding, liaising and co-ordinating with several stakeholders such as regulatory bodies and Manulife colleagues on regulatory issues and related matter. This role reports to Head of Product and Sales Compliance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide compliance advisory support to business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and for new business initiatives.
+ Review product due diligence conducted by business and associated materials, including but not limited to product highlight sheets, policy illustrations, cover page and relevant materials.
