Director, Product Line Performance - Utilities

The **Director, Product Line Performance for Utilities** is a critical leadership role within the Ford Blue General Management team. This position is directly responsible for driving the market performance, cost optimization, and bottom-line profitability of Ford’s highly successful utility franchise, specifically focusing on the Explorer and Expedition vehicle lines, as well as setting the foundation for future model utility programs.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Utilities, you will focus on the product line performance aspects of the business. You will lead the operational and financial execution of the segment, utilizing cross-functional collaboration and a deep understanding of the utilities segment to translate customer desires into highly profitable, world-class vehicles.
