Salary and Benefits

Salary range: 149,600 – 182,800 CAD per year.

Annual bonus target: 20% of base salary, potential payout up to double the target based on personal and company performance.

Employee Share Purchase Plan: up to 12% of salary, plus Intact matches 50% of net shares.

Pension plan: defined benefit providing guaranteed income for life.

About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Production & Distribution to lead profitable growth across our Community Services portfolio. This national, market/client‑facing role is accountable for new business production, broker engagement, and distribution strategy, with a focus on expanding our presence across key market segments.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Development Managers and Regional Managers responsible for originating and winning business, strengthening broker relationships, and directly engaging clients and client prospects.
