Director, Project Team Lead, Early Research

Position Summary
Quotient is seeking a hands-on strategic leader and operator to lead matrixed project teams comprised of representatives from early genomic science, assay development, high-throughput lab and data science across multiple projects in a scaling biotech environment. The successful candidate will combine scientific and operational rigor with strong interpersonal and matrixed leadership skills, connecting stakeholders and teams, driving execution, and maintaining alignment across a portfolio of research programs. This role reports to the Chief Scientific Officer and sits at the intersection of scientific operations, cross-functional execution, and project effectiveness. The incumbent will be accountable for the successful execution of research programs, and improved integration and collaboration across scientific and operational lab-based teams.
