Director QAQC

The Director of QAQC provides strategic leadership for the company s Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across all projects. This executive-level role establishes a quality culture, systems, and frameworks that ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ISO standards throughout the UAE operations.

• Define and drive the company s quality management strategy, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain the company s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Lead and develop the QAQC department, including Senior Engineers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
• Oversee audit programmes, ITPs, NCR management, and quality reporting across all active projects.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and UAE regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
