Director, Research Programs

Locations: Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec, Calgary, Halifax, Kelowna, Prince George, Vancouver.

Work model: Hybrid.

Salary band: $96,000 - $110,000 CAD.

Reporting to the Vice President, Research Programs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning – Lead the strategic planning and evolution of CCS research funding programs; align priorities, timelines, resources; design and refresh programs; act as subject‑matter expert and participate in Advisory Council on Research.
• Program Delivery & Operations – Oversee operational implementation of large investigator‑initiated research programs; manage budgets, deliverables, peer‑review processes; coordinate funding partners and communications; lead workshops and working groups; maintain program integrity and policy.
