The primary purpose of this position is to direct centralized resource management for the Headquarters Air Force, providing executive leadership and oversight for manpower, human resources, and a $5.6B financial portfolio. Responsibilities As the Director of Resource Management, you will perform a wide range of duties to lead and manage the resources for the Headquarters of the Air Force. Key responsibilities include: Financial Portfolio Management: Lead comprehensive, aggressive resource management programs by directing the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) of the Headquarters Air Force (HAF) financial portfolio.
