What is the opportunity?As the Director, Security AI/ML Products (Global Security), you will own the strategic vision, design, and delivery of RBC's enterprise-grade AI and Machine Learning products. You will help lead a new team to build products that detect and prevent internal and external threats to RBC. As the bridge between business stakeholders and your technical engineering organization, you will translate complex security challenges into scalable, production-ready AI solutions while driving innovation in generative AI adoption across the enterprise.What will you do?

Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of the threat monitoring platform, defining how solutions will scale across RBC and meet regulatory deadlines

Lead end-to-end product design, requirements, and delivery from prototyping to production, directing cross-functional teams and direct reports
