Role overview

We are looking for a Director, M&A Legal to join us in UKM&A. This role reports into the VP Legal and offers the opportunity to play a leading role in shaping complex and high‑profile transactions across Liberty Global. You will provide clear and thoughtful legal advice across a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth investments and corporate governance activities. You will work closely with colleagues across legal and business teams to analyse complex issues, manage risk and support informed decision making. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to strategic value creation while working in a collaborative, international environment. You will engage with senior stakeholders and external partners, helping to deliver successful outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
