Lead the full-cycle execution of strategic initiatives, including structured project management, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective implementation. Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings to engage key stakeholders, provide progress updates, and align parties toward the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
