Location: Noida – 132 Work Model: Hybrid Monday to Thursday – Work from Office Friday – Work from Home Work Timings Shift: EST Hours Timing: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST We are looking for a Process Excellence Leader to drive operational efficiency and transformation within our US IT Staffing business . This role will act as a key bridge across Finance, Operations, MIS, and Sales , enabling alignment across demand planning, submissions, closures, and revenue through structured processes and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC or equivalent) Conduct value stream mapping to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions Analyze financial & operational data to drive actionable insights and revenue alignment Standardize metrics and reporting across Sales, Operations, and FP&A Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize throughput and delivery performance Drive automation initiatives to improve recruiter productiv...
