Director, Strategic Marketing - Thermal Management

Job Description
To enable our continued leadership position, we are seeking a Director of Strategic Portfolio Marketing – Thermal Management to lead global marketing efforts for our Thermal Management business unit’s products, technologies, and end-to-end systems. This role serves as the primary strategic voice for the portfolio, combining deep expertise in customer applications, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution. As a member of the Global Marketing Leadership Team and Portfolio Marketing Center of Excellence, the Director serves as the Marketing lead partner for the Thermal management business unit with end-to-end accountability for marketing strategy, product positioning, technology messaging, launch and campaign execution to enable the business unit performance.
