Opportunity Description

- Candidates must have relevant experience in structured finance/ investment banking preferably within the Infra/ TMT/digital infrastructure space
- Lead origination, structuring and execution of financing solutions (i.e acquisition finance, mezz finance, holdco finance, non-recourse financing) for digital infrastructure transactions
- Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment
- Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector
