Director, Structured Finance (Digital Infrastructure/TMT)

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore Leading Asian bank Candidates must have relevant experience in structured finance/ investment banking preferably within the Infra/ TMT/digital infrastructure space
Responsibilities: Lead origination, structuring and execution of financing solutions (i.e acquisition finance, mezz finance, holdco finance, non-recourse financing) for digital infrastructure transactions Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders Build, review & run sensitivities on robust financial model/cash flow to assess feasibility and profitability of pro...
