Director, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

*About The Role:* The Director of Technical Accounting & External Financial Reporting is a key finance leader responsible for overseeing complex technical accounting matters and ensuring high-quality, compliant external financial reporting. This role serves as the Company’s subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, partnering cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and maintain strong financial governance. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant with deep experience in U.S. public company reporting, technical accounting research, and SEC filings (including Forms 10-K and 10-Q). This individual will work closely with Controllership, Legal, FP&A, external auditors, and executive leadership.
