What You'll Do
Lead a team of 10–12 engineers across full-stack, backend, and infrastructure — set the bar, mentor relentlessly, retain top talent
Be the technical face to customer architects and solution reviewers — design reviews, pre-sales evaluations, architecture discussions
Own WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) discipline: stories must be crisp, estimated, and unambiguous before development begins
Track sprint health with precision — surface blockers fast, resolve faster, never let the team stall silently
