Director, Technology – HR Systems (Workday)

This is a hybrid role based in **St. Petersburg, FL** (minimum 50% in-office).

**Role Scope & Impact**

+ Lead and scale a cross-functional team of **8 associates and 6+ contractors** (engineering, BA, QA, PM, architecture) based in the US, Brazil & India
+ Own the **end-to-end Workday HCM platform** , including roadmap, delivery, operations, and innovation
+ Drive measurable outcomes across **HR, Payroll, and Finance technology initiatives**
+ Influence enterprise decisions through strong partnership with senior leadership

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Strategy & Leadership:** Define and execute a multi-year HR technology strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, advancing innovation, automation, and AI-driven insights
