This role involves assessing individuals to determine eligibility for home and community-based services that promote greater independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities


+ Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism



+ Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers



+ Administering structured assessments



+ Completing reports

+ This is a field-based remote position which will primarily allow you to work from home



+ Travel is required throughout Nampa, Canyon County, and nearby counties in Idaho (up to 25%)
