About the Role

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with mental health challenges, behaviours of concern, and complex needs

• Assist with personal care including bathing support, toileting and dressing


• Advocate for client choice, expression, and active daily engagement

• Think outside the box and adapt to the preferences of each individual


• Availability for sleepover shifts is essential
