Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 8 am to 5 pm Key Responsibilities 1. Campus Supervision & Prevention Conduct
systematic patrols
during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions.
Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas (canteen, indoor sports hall).
Support
peer reconciliation
and proactive discipline strategies.
2. Latecomer Management Record latecomers and collect mobile phones after 8am (Tue-Fri) / 9am (Mon).
Maintain latecomer data and detention lists.
3. In-House Suspension Support Provide a
structured environment
for suspended students to ensure learning continuity.
Guide students through reflective activities and
support reintegration
into classes.
4. Investigative & Case Support Assist in
preliminary investigations
and fact-finding interviews.
Obtain witness statements, compile evidence, and prepare incident reports.
