Discipline Support Officer (Marine Terrace)

Seeking a committed and professional Discipline Support Officer to support student management and restorative discipline efforts for Sec 1 to Sec 5 students.

• Assist in student investigations and incident documentation
• Supervise detention sessions and after‑school corrective work
• Support student reflection, behaviour improvement and restorative practices
• Assist with in‑house suspension supervision and learning continuity
• Conduct school patrols during recess, lunch and dismissal
• Support conflict management and student de‑escalation
• Work closely with Year Heads, Student Management Team and school staff

• Former uniformed service experience preferred (Police, Prison Service or equivalent)
• Experience working with at‑risk youths or behavioural support
• Strong communication, conflict management and interpersonal skills
