Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support discipline team in managing students' behaviour daily
- Conduct house visits and follow up with parents
- Manage in-house detention centre activities
- Patrol school premises to maintain order
- Assist in case management and investigations
- Perform spot-checks on students' appearance (attire, hair, etc.)
- Support discipline during school events (e.g. Speech Day, Sports Carnival, camps)
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and office duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a secondary school environment
- Experience handling student discipline matters
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills with staff and parents
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
