We are seeking detail-oriented Listings and Disclosure Specialist to join our team and manage all regulatory filings and disclosures.

Listings Specialist

The position is primarily responsible for reviewing listing applications submitted by listed companies, monitoring compliance with the post-approval requirements, assisting other parties in the implementation and interpretation of the Rules and recommending new and/or revisions to said current rules, guidelines and policies for issuers.
