Job Description

Airbus Defence and Space SAU is looking for recent graduates to join our full‑time graduate program in Spain. The program runs from 5 October 2026 to 1 October 2027, with a full‑time internship lasting 11 months (40 h/week). Applicants will receive a study grant and the opportunity to pursue a Master’s in a three‑block training program in partnership with the University of Camilo José Cela.

• Selection process: April – July 2026. • Startup: early October 2026. • Duration: 11 months internship integrated with Master’s blocks.

Responsibilities

• Co‑Design: Contribute to all design phases, ensuring industrial needs are considered and pushing requirements to Engineering and Supply Chain.
