Must have plaintiff experience. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Draft ad coordinate Discovery * Comply with and propound discovery * Correspond with clients, experts, and other law firms * Maintain and/or create binders for hearings, depositions and trial * Prepare settlement statements * Litigation case management * Perform investigative searches * Conduct various searches and queries on the internet * Scheduling of depositions and hearings * Coordination with court reporting companies * Perform additional duties as assigned.
