POSITION SUMMARY:
Ged Lawyers, LLP with offices in Rehoboth and Boston MA, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Paralegal to work in the PIP department of our fast-paced office. Must have plaintiff experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft ad coordinate Discovery
- Comply with and propound discovery
- Correspond with clients, experts, and other law firms
- Maintain and/or create binders for hearings, depositions and trial
- Prepare settlement statements
- Litigation case management
- Perform investigative searches
- Conduct various searches and queries on the internet
