SUMMARY:  

The key responsibility of the Dishwasher is to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards set by Echelon Kitchen & Bar. These responsibilities include washing and restocking all plates, glass, and silverware, adequately maintaining the dish machine and other equipment needed to successfully perform their duties and performing other tasks, as delegated by the Chef Team
