You will ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation while actively managing waste reduction, water conservation, and eco-friendly chemical usage.
Key Responsibilities
Eco-Waste & Resource Management
- Master and enforce our kitchen’s waste diversion system by accurately sorting items into compost, recycling, and landfill streams.
- Safely handle and dilute biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning agents and sanitizers according to manufacturer and health department guidelines.
Cleanliness & Organization
- Operate, maintain, and clean the dishwashing machine according to eco-protocols and health standards.
