Dispatcher - Universal Kids Resort

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the triaging of incoming emergency and non-emergency calls for service while dispatching the appropriate units, including outside agencies. Monitors multiple radio channels, surveillance cameras, meteorological equipment, and life safety building alarm equipment to ensure the safety and security of everyone on UKR property. Provides critical incident information via notifications to company management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Receives incoming calls for service for all Universal Kids Resort departments, triages them depending on the request, and dispatches the appropriate units to include outside emergency response agencies and third-party vendors. Maintains composure and established procedures when dealing with emergency situations.
