Dispute Resolution Coordinator

Our client, a healthcare operations leader, is seeking a Dispute Resolution Coordinator to join their team. As a Dispute Resolution Coordinator, you will be part of the Claims Management Department supporting dispute workflows and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex documentation workflows, which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Manage incoming open negotiation requests and initiate cases within CMS timelines
+ Organize provider and member documentation using spreadsheets and shared drives
+ Track and update case statuses, review claims for qualification and QPA accuracy
+ Coordinate with home plans and prepare Letters of Agreement (LOAs)
