Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive with join a successful team based in Sunderland, due to succession planning. The successful candidate will be working with excellent administration support, great benefits including hybrid working, free parking and genuine progression opportunities including to Head of Department. The role is a permanent position.

Role responsibilities

The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be tasked with progressing a caseload experience of dispute resolution work in both the High and County Courts including but not limited to the following areas of law:

• Contract disputes
• Contentious probate
• Landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential)
• Commercial disputes and partnership disputes.
