I am currently assisting a client within the East Midlands that is currently hiring for a Disrepair Surveyor position with a focus on assisting in the progress of disrepair cases in collaboration with solicitors.
The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations across social housing.
Responsibilities
- Completing Section 11 + 82 Reports
- Pass completed reports on to Solicitors
Requirements
- Recent experience in Legal Disrepair
