We are transforming how we solve challenging and impactful business and technical problems in Growth Tech by maximizing agentic development tools such as Code Puppy, Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. We will use AI coding agents extensively across plan, spec, design, implementation, testing, refactoring, documentation, and operational workflows while developing practical standards for building scalable, reliable, secure production systems.

We are looking for an experienced software engineer and technical leader who can both ship high-quality, scalable systems and define the engineering practices for AI-agent-native development.
