Distribution Engagement Specialist

Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

This position is a critical individual contributor, viewed as a subject matter expert and serves as the lead for the end-to-end management of communication and engagement initiatives across Agency & Bancassurance channels.

This role acts as the primary program owner, leading the launch of campaigns to sales teams, providing accurate and consistent weekly updates on all ongoing campaigns and coordination in the proper execution of sales events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Packaging, Release and Execution

· Lead the end-to-end tactical execution of sales campaigns and engagement programs as defined by the team’s strategic calendar, ensuring all launches and updates adhere to pre-defined schedules, SLAs and compliance standards.
