Distribution Support Executive (1 year contract)

PURPOSE We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Support Executive to join the Life Business team on a contract basis. The role supports day-to-day distribution operations, including agent maintenance, commission and incentive processing, system testing, and new firm onboarding activities. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Compliance, Finance and Operations, as well as external distribution partners, to ensure smooth execution of processes and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. JOB SCOPR AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities: Oversee agent maintenance activities, including creation, termination, suspension, promotion and updates of agent codes.
Manage proxy requests and ensure timely and accurate updates to agent records in relevant systems.
Generate and distribute commission, incentive and operational reports.
