Distribution Team Leader - 1890

What is the job?

This role oversees the efficient and accurate packing and shipping of finished goods in a continuous flow to meet the shipping cut off target. Key tasks include optimising workflows and layout to remove waste from the process and developing the team to follow standard work, report deviations, and engage in problem solving that leads to continuous improvement.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm

Interview process: 2 stage process following shortlisting – First stage: 1 hour Teams interview; Second stage: Onsite 3 hour interview
