Distribution Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage all Distribution Warehouse operations from receiving through to dispatch.
✅ Ensure stock is safeguarded, accurately controlled, and efficiently distributed.
✅ Oversee receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.
✅ Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain a high-performing team.
✅ Manage fleet planning, vehicle tracking, servicing, licensing, and repairs.
✅ Monitor warehouse security systems and maintain stock integrity.
✅ Oversee health & safety compliance, maintenance, facilities management, and contractor coordination.
✅ Manage warehouse administration, GRVs, packaging stock, and monthly reconciliations.

Requirements:
