District Leader

Position Description: We are looking for Multi-Unit Restaurant Leaders to oversee 7-9 fast food locations. The District Leader (DL) position is an integral part of our organization. DL duties include, but are not limited to, building sales, P&L management, variable cost management, meeting or beating all goals (budget, scorecard, leadership), interacting with guests, store marketing and developing employees. Must be able to learn, manage and teach restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop people and provide excellent service. Our DL’s bonus on sales metrics and positive scorecard results.
