Job Description

  • Own and grow the assigned territory through proactive coverage, deep customer engagement, and opportunity development.

  • Develop strong insights into industry trends, logistics models, competition, and customer supply chains.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new prospects through effective lead and pipeline management.

  • Create value‑added logistics solutions for customer’s needs supported by clear proposals, visuals, and cost‑benefit analysis.

  • Lead smooth onboarding of new accounts, including customer introductions, information transfer, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; support cross‑functional initiatives as needed.

  • Drive account retention and growth through structured account reviews and strategic customer engagement.
