Meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets within the store through learning and developmentTo lead training and development in the store by providing a best in class onboarding and training program to ensure employees are fully knowledgeable in all areas of their roleTo provide a business partner service to the Store Manager, District Manager, and store team to deliver all business training projects in full and on time in collaboration with the Market Training function to ensure excellence in execution KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, drive, and support the implementation of all Retail training programs and platforms (i.e Connect, Engage, Inspire (CEI), Every Moment Matters, AREA, ATTICUS, Seasonal Product Learning, etc) by creating and/or leading inspiring and engaging workshops for the store team to ensure successful execution in the store....
