Job Summary

The Sales Channel Division Head reports to the Sales Channel Head and is responsible for leading the international sales strategy and execution for Federal Land NRE Global Inc. project offerings. This role oversees a team of 5–10 Broker Managers and drives expansion into local and international markets by building, managing, and activating a strong network of individual brokers and brokerage firms, ensuring brokers are provided with industry best practices anchored on customer service. The position requires strategic leadership, high-level relationship management, and strong performance oversight to achieve sales targets and market growth objectives.
