Division Safety and Health Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Overview Our Division Safety and Health Manager, part of the Orkin Division staff, partners with the Rollins Safety Team to drive a reduction in auto, workers' compensation, and general liability claims. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to regions and branches by implementing Orkin safety strategies, reviewing incidents to identify root causes, and sharing lessons learned across the Division. Responsibilities * Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve safety performance metrics (e.g., CFR, IFR, TRIR). * Ensure Division-wide compliance with safety training and regulatory requirements. * Conduct post-incident reviews to determine root causes and share lessons learned. * Deliver in-person and virtual safety training, including OSHA, DOT, driver safety, fumigation safety, and new initiatives/technology launches. * Support low-performing branches and regions with corrective action and safety business plans. * Advise Division President an...
