About the Position
The Division Support Coordinator provides leadership, coordination and oversight of Division Support Officers to ensure the core operating rhythm for Divisions is delivered consistently and effectively.
Reporting to a Division Manager, the role is responsible for maintaining high-quality execution of divisional planning, governance and operational processes, while also directly supporting more complex or high-impact activities across the Support Officers.
The role acts as a central point of coordination and quality control across divisional support, ensuring consistency of approach, adherence to agreed systems and processes, and continuous improvement of ways of working....
