Divisional financial manager

We are looking for a Divisional Financial Manager in the Randburg area that will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and accurate delivery of management accounts, items of statutory compliance and payroll matters. The Divisional FM will manage employees effectively to ensure deadlines are met and are of a high standard. Duties & Responsibilities

CA(SA) will also consider fully qualified CIMA 2+ years post article experience Payroll background (Understand the payroll process) Have relevant experience in managing a team Excellent inter-personal skills Strong Business Partnering – area earmarked for improvement needs to be the link with operations; Inquisitive/Attention to detail – personality traits needed in order to manage the trust accounts.
