Location: Kettering and Northampton
Contract: Part Time up to 35 hours
Salary: £31,359.00 pro rata

Are you a passionate, dedicated counsellor looking for your next role?

Do you possess, as a minimum:

• A recognised counselling qualification
• Current membership of the BACP or another equivalent body
• At least 2 years relevant experience (including CBT or Client Centred Therapy)
• A full UK Driving Licence

DMWS are looking for a part‑time or full‑time counsellor (21–35 hours negotiable) who has the self‑discipline and motivation to work with a variety of clients from complex and demanding occupational backgrounds.
